What you will make a difference with us

  • Lead & co-create
    You will lead a small team of currently two full-time employees and one half-day employee with clarity, presence and reliability. You provide structure, set priorities and ensure smooth processes. At the same time, you will continue to develop the team: The possible expansion to currently include a full-time position is your responsibility.
  • Daily business with focus on implementation
    You make operational decisions (e.g. needs checks, delivery dates, escalations), prioritize tasks and get involved yourself when needed — especially with complex and strategically important procurement. You ensure reliable foundations in cooperation with sales and technology, e.g. by being involved in calculations and offer processes. The purchasing volume is currently €10-15 million per year, with an increasing trend in line with our planned corporate development — so your area of responsibility is growing with you.
  • Strategic Responsibility & Business Performance Sparring
    You contribute your knowledge and overall vision to the further development of our purchasing — from the development of demand planning processes to the development of supplier management and the co-creation of interface processes. With your analytical skills and targeted questions in line with our corporate goals, you will act as a professional and strategic partner for management in the purchasing context.
  • Optimize with pragmatism
    You develop clever concepts and implement them to a degree that suits our company and by broadening your horizons. Our focus is not on meeting standardized indicators, but on the ability to decide which performance indicators make sense and whether they offer clear benefits for achieving goals.

What you should bring

  • Several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company
  • Distinctive negotiation and communication skills, even at international level (currently 90% DACH, expansion of international suppliers possible in the future)
  • Experience in designing and setting up strategic purchasing structures
  • Strong arguments for constructive sparring on equal footing with management
  • Leadership with attitude: You want to enable, not control. You are clear, reliable, open — and stand behind what you do
  • Interest in working together — we are not looking for lone wolves, but personalities who want to shape and work together
