What you will make a difference with us

  • Winning customers — with vision
    You will actively acquire customers in the areas of construction machinery, commercial vehicles, plant and mechanical engineering, renewable energy, caravans, yachts and shipbuilding — with a focus on sustainable development instead of short-term contracts.
  • Build & maintain relationships
    You support new and existing customers in the DACH region, establish trusting contacts and develop them in the long term.
  • Use technical understanding
    You will learn about our manufacturing products and services, understand the requirements of our customers and, together with them and our technical department, find solutions that are realistically feasible and useful.
  • Connect interfaces wisely
    You work closely with internal sales, the technical department and management — so that information flows, expectations remain realistic and processes work well together.
  • Help develop sales strategy
    You are involved in the continuous development of our sales strategy.
  • Part of a strong sales duo
    Joint growth with the sales manager — not in competition, but as a well-coordinated, complementary team.

What you should bring

  • Experience in (technical) sales (field service and/or project-related)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy
  • Self-organization
  • Willingness to travel (max. 7-8 days a month), mainly in the DACH region, a few days a year to Romania (subsidiary) and Hungary (external production)
  • professional use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Attitude: binding, reliable, open and loyal — for us, sales means listening, advising, developing together. If you work with pressure or elbows, you're in the wrong place with us
  • Class B driving license
